TELESALES ADVISOR

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales administration, CRM management, or a similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
• Strong proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) and other sales-related software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in French and English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to speak French and English
