Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales administration, CRM management, or a similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) and other sales-related software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in French and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to speak French and English
