Taxi company seeking out operations officer in its Senegal office.

Responsibilities:

• Checking driver’s documents (driver license, ID card etc);
• Input driver`s data in ERP;
• Taxi drivers’ onboarding;
• Liaison with insurance companies, DVLA, police;
• Provide everyday reports;
• Assisting drivers with issues (such as malfunctioning application);
• Arranging repairs and routine maintenance;
• Performance of tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English;
• Age not less 25;
• Driver license;
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Opteum);
• Bachelor degree (preferable in Engineering);
• Good knowledge about the inside of a car;
• Result-oriented;
• Russian language as advantage.
